Joaquín Díaz Regañón

Joaquín is the Financial Manager of Altamar group. Prior to joining Altamar, Joaquín was manager of Credit Risk at Dexia Spain for ten years.

Previously he spent five years at Credit Commercial de France.

Joaquín holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the ICADE in Madrid.

Manuel Silvestre

Manuel Silvestre is Altamar´s CFO. Before joining Altamar, Manuel worked as Finance Manager for both AXA IM and Société Génerále Asset Management Iberia where he spent more than six years.

Prior to that he was part of the Operations teams at Renta 4 and Fimatex. 

Manuel holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration obtained in San Pablo CEU University. He also studied a Specialist Degree in Internet/Intranet technologies at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and holds a Licence type II of the Futures Spanish Market. Manuel is a member of the "Instituto Español de Analistas Financieros".

Paz Hernández

Paz is one of our Investment Directors of Altamar´s Financial and Operations team, she joined in February 2008.

Prior to joining Altamar, she worked at Eolia (N+1) during more than 3 years, a private equity firm specialized in the Renewable Energy sector. At first she formed part of the Analysis team, and then she was in charged of the Investor Relations department.

Prior to Eolia (N+1), Paz worked at he M&A Department of Aon Gil y Carvajal, specialized in insurance advisory for private equity deals.

Paz holds a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from CUNEF.

Luis Javier Alemán

Luis Javier is one of our Investment Directors of the Altamar's Investor Relations team. Prior to joining Altamar, he worked  in the Equity Trading Support team in the Capital Markets Division of Merrill Lynch in Dublin (Ireland) and in London (U.K.).

Luis Javier previously worked at Citibank, N.A. for the securities department (Mutual Funds Division) in Dublín.

Luis Javier holds a Barchelor degree in Economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and also holds the following professional qualifications: C.E.F.A (Certified European Financial Analyst), I.M.C (Investment Management Certificate) and the "Certificate in Mutual Funds" of "Institute of Banker" in Dublin.

Rocío Fernández

Rocío is one of our Investment Directors of  the Altamar's Financial and Opertaions team. Prior to joining Altamar, Rocío worked as an auditor at Ernst&Young, in the Assurance & Advisory Services Department in Madrid.

She had previously completed an internship first in the Strategic Consultancy division of Arthur Andersen and subsequently in the "FSI" (Financial Services Industry) Capital Market Division at Deloitte.

Rocío holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

Diego Porcel

Diego is one of our Investment Directors of the Altamar's Financial and Operations team. Prior to joining Altamar, he worked in the Operations team of the Spanish Branch at Credit Suisse as securities officer.

Prior to that, Diego worked at Credit Agricole Private Banking Spain in the Investment funds department, both in contracts and in the IIC control department, and for the management company of IIC in Spain.

Diego holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Alcalá de Henares de Madrid. He also studied a Specialist Degree in Management Control at Escuela de Negocios de Madrid and holds the Anti-Money Laundering Expert Certificate from the Fundación Estudios Financieros de Madrid.

Manuel Corpa

Manuel is Associate Investment Director of the Altamar's Financial and Operations team. Prior to joining Altamar, he worked as auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the Audit department of Financial Companies in Madrid. He was previously member of the Analysis team at British Telecom España.

Manuel completed an internship first in the Property Development Division of BBVA (Mortgage bank unit) as risk analyst.

Manuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad San Pablo CEU.

Rocío Heres

Rocío is one of our Investment Managers of the Altamar´s Financial and Operations team. Prior to joining Altamar, she worked as auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Oviedo.

Rocío completed an internship first as bank teller at  "La Fundación Banco Herrero" in Oviedo. 

Rocío holds a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from Oviedo University .

Paola Morales

Paola is one of our Investment Managers of the Altamar´s Financial and Operations team. Prior to joining Altamar, Paola worked as bank teller for La Caixa in Madrid. 

She had previously completed an internship in the Sales Department of DaimlerChrysler AG. 

Paola holds a Bachelor´s degree in International Business Studies form ICADE (E-4) and the European School of Business, Reutlingen (ESB).
