The main mission of this Board is to provide the Group with strategic advice, especially with regard to: (i) the growth and internationalization plan; (ii) the identification of key business trends and their implications; (iii) the contribution of knowledge, opinions and ideas in an impartial manner, and (iv) the identification of new strategic opportunities.

Maryfrances Metrick

Senior Advisor USA

Ms. Metrick has been Senior Managing Director at Centerbrige Partners for 7 years leading the Investor Relations department. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Ms. Metrick was a Senior Managing Director in the Investor Relations and Business Department of the Blackstone Group. At Blackstone, Ms. Metrick worked on its fund-raising efforts across the firm’s private equity, real estate, mezzanine and direct hedge fund business areas.

Ms. Metrick serves on the Board of Directors of Women’s World Banking and the Board of Consultors for Villanova University School of Law.

Dr. Rolf Wickenkamp

Rolf has worked for more than 30 years in the asset management industry. He has wide experience in alternative investments as well as having a deep knowledge of Central European institutional investors. Since 2005 he has been Managing Director and owner of Wickenkamp Consulting GmbH, an investment product consulting and distribution firm.

Wickenkamp Consulting gives institutional investors consultancy on non-traditional assets, particularly private equity. Up to 2015 he combined this work with various posts (Senior Consultant, Vice Chairman and Managing Director) at Deutsche Bank Private Equity. Previously he was also in charge of various asset managers. Currently he is president and board menber of several management companies.

Kennon Koay

Senior Advisor Asia

Kennon has over 24 years of Private Equity experience. Since 1993 he has been a member of the investment team of AIG Investments Corp in Asia (mainly in Hong Kong and Taiwan). During this period Kennon sourced and executed direct Private Equity deals among different sectors such as semiconductors/IT, retail, industry and manufacturing. In 2007 was appointed as Managing Director and member of the PineBridge Investments Asia Limited (AIG spin off) Board of Directors. At PineBridge, Kennon was Head of Investments in Asia and he led the secondaries investment team, in which he managed two global secondary funds with total AUM of $1.4 billion.

Iñigo Fernández de Mesa

Iñigo has ample financial sector experience from both a private and public sector perspective. Currently he is a senior advisor at Rothschild and from 2012 to 2016 he held various roles in the Spanish Government’s Ministry of Economy and Finance. He was General Secretary for the Treasury and Financial Policies and, from 2014, Secretary of State for the Economy. Among other roles, he has also been a member of the councils of the Bank of Spain, CNMV and RENFE, vice-president of the FROB, the EU Finance and Economy Committee and the Euro Working Group, and adviser to the Bruegel Institute.

In the private sector, he has headed up public sector operations at Barclays and led Infrastructure and Public Sector at Lehman Brothers.

Fernández de Mesa has an economics degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and is a Commercial Expert and State Economist.
