Copenhagen Infra Partners – Sale of Energy from Waste plant stake in the UK

 

 

UK waste management company FCC Environment has acquired a 40% stake in Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners’ 60 MW Lostock energy-from-waste project in north west England. The joint venture will spend GBP 480m on construction of the sustainable energy plant replacing a former coal-fired site in Northwich, Cheshire. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed
