GIP – Hiring of World Bank president as vice chairman

Global Infrastructure Partners has recruited World Bank Group president Jim Yong Kim as its vice chairman. Kim, who announced on the 7th of January his decision to leave the World Bank, will join GIP on 1 February and focus on infrastructure investments in developing countries. Kim, who has been with the World Bank Group since 2012, will also join GIP as a partner and be actively involved on deals
