The Irish Infrastructure Fund (IIF) has agreed to buy the remaining 22% stake of Enet from US private investment group Granahan McCourt, giving the AMP Capital-backed investment fund full control of the company for an undisclosed sum. Limerick-based Enet operates Ireland’s existing broadband network, as well as wholesale telecommunications infrastructure and the provision of digital infrastructure services.
